You can operate from existing space such as food courts or space that was previously used for the purpose of serving food. Such space will need to be remolded, equipped and decorated per Log Cabin and local health department specifications.

The kiosk comes equipped with all the major appliances required to operate. You will need to purchase a counter top microwave, crock pot and serving utensils.
4. Can the kiosk be owned and operated by a franchisee or is it available only to venue owner/operators.
The kiosk franchise can be owned by the venue or franchisees. If owned by a franchisee the franchisee will rent space from the venue.
5. What is the estimated initial investment required to open a kiosk franchise.
The initial investment for one kiosk franchise will range from a low of $50,000 to a high of $65,000.
